Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr criticized on Friday Israel’s decision to approve construction of thousands of housing units in the Jerusalem neighborhoods of Ramat Shlomo and Pisgat Zeev. “The construction there is illegal and violates the international law,” said Amr, who made the comments during a visit in Berlin, his first one since taking office.
