A suicide bombing attack killed at least seven Iraqis and injured seven others in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk
on Thursday. The attack targeted anti-al Qaeda militia members queuing to collect their wages, the army said, according to Reuters.
Elsewhere, another suicide bomber attacked a crowded market in the south Baghdad district of Doura, killing 12 people and injuring 25 others, police said, adding that three American troops also died.
