Dear Friends of Voice of the Copts

Voice of the Copts stands behind native Egyptian Christian Copts committed to living in the land of their ancestry where their history traces back to the ancient Pharaohs. Under grave conditions of discrimination, harassment, threats, and sometimes torture and imprisonment, today’s Egyptian Copts have it more difficult than ever and more reason than ever to immigrate to the West. Especially now, under the rise of a newly energized Muslim Brotherhood, the lives of minority Christians are in jeopardy.

While most stay in Egypt, many Egyptian Christians find it impossible to go on living in their homeland due to the many hardships caused by inequality under the law and lack of justice in the Islamic courts. Choosing to flee Egypt for the safety and freedom of the West is understandable.

Please help JA, an Egyptian Copt who has fled Egypt to save his life.

JA has reached the safety of Italy and must continue to the U.S. to begin a new life.
Voice of the Copts is raising funds to pay his immigration attorney and travel expenses.

We appeal to all who are in the position to make a financial donation to please consider one of any amount to the JA Fund for the purpose stated.

Any amount will be gratefully appreciated. No amount is too small.

Please consider $5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 … or even more!

All credit cards are accepted online at our website and at the link above. Please note, JA Fund. Checks make payable to Voice of the Copts, (memo JA Fund), PO Box 4322, Bethlehem, PA 18018.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Ashraf Ramelah
